if an appropriate plan, file or document is available, we can provide you with all mechanical components like facades, windows or spare parts. this puts you in the position to build your own model in a very professional way.
a much more simple workaround is to send us a vector file (.dxf,.plt, .plo, .....). if this is useable as a milling-file and no mayor changes are required, we can produce the parts very fast and cheap.
you have to add the radius of the milling cutter, to get an exact copy of your plan. for example: if you want to get an rectangle of exactly 100 mm edge length, you have to add 0,5mm (by using a 1 mm milling cutter). otherwise the result will be 1mm too small. depending on the materials thickness, it is necessary to use a larger or smaller milling cutter.
but it is important to consider the sequence of the milling cutter as well. first of all the inside parts, then the outside. to do so, you need to use different colors (layers) to allow definition of the correct or of the milling cutter sequence
in fact it´s really simple. as long as we get a perfect draft version, we are able to send out the required parts within a very short timeframe with a minimum of costs
